For case 3, my group and I acted as a human resource manager at a company. Some employees at this company have to put in request for a lactation station and gender neutral bathrooms to be put in the new building. We had to advocate for those employees and write a recommendation report explaining to the CEO how it would be in the company’s best interests to include these concessions. We also had to write a memo explain to the employees why those concessions could be added after all.
