For Case 1 my group had to work from a sales associate standpoint and help a local Disc Golf business. The company has decided to change their name due to copyright among other issues. We had to help the business decide on a name and how to go about the name change. We did a research report on other companies that underwent a name change.
Also for Case 1, my group had to come up with a letter to our customers and the community about our name change. We also had to draft an email that would be sent to all employees explaining to them the name change and how we are going to adjust to the change.
